What up! Well, "An Unfortunate Product of Unnatural Causes" just made its debut, and man, what an album. Luckily, I got the first copy (rough draft) and it's hella dope. The cd is worth dat $5. You gotta remember, this is not your everyday cd where you just burn music off da internet. AlphaTrion actually spent a straight hour and 20 minutes "cuttin'" and mixing the music from vinyl straight to cd. For real, it'll get ya pumped up and ready to go. The first, say, about 10 minutes is a great warm-up. Then it gets into some old school hip hop later fusing with some classic rock to let you know you're about to jam to some great funk classics. The cd is like a roller coaster; building up to an apex and then bringing ya down to one awesome journey. I've listened to it plenty of times and still not tired of it. If you like those CPS Diablo cds, then you'll like Alpha's. Hell, Alpha might give CPS Diablo a run for his money...better yet, give other DJs a run for it too. But, nah, for real; i may be Alpha's boy and all but I'm telling ya the truth. You gotta cop "An Unfortunate Product of Unnatural Causes." It'll keep ya on your toes rocking the beats all night. Trust me, it's all worth it. Probably my best record to listen to....holla

Thanks for the generous review, it should be noted that the version you heard was just the rough draft, since then I have added a couple of scratches here and there along with redoing any mixes which were not perfect in my eyes, and split the tracks so it's not just one continuous track. So it's much better than the version that you reviewed.
I tend to be my own worst critic and overall, I'm actually happy with this cd which is probably the best review you'll ever get from me on my own cds.

Props to Alphatrion for making a dope mix cd. If you like dancing, then you definately need to cop the mixtape. Its got all the goodies and then some.

This is a dope mixtape. i love it. I'm glad we got it for practice. The mixes were tight. Thanks for making mixtape. When is the next one coming out ?

I'm working on the new one now. I've got all the tracks that I want picked out and a majority of the order is done. Now I'm just working on which tracks are gonna get taken out and which ones will be left in. I hope to have it done within the next couple of months. May at the very latest. I'm hoping that this next one will blow my last mix out of the water. Expect a WHOLE lot more funk and a lot more hyped all the way through.

Quick Update on the next one: I've finished the tracklisting and right now there are 48 songs in the mix, all VERY dancefloor friendly...no fillers. It'll probably be recorded next weekend or the weekend after.
